you are not buying the pot, you are semibluffing, and hiding your flush. I would've bet 4th street too, again, semibluffing. And fire a third barrel on 5th street. But, as i told you before, im a crazy maniac. I would put him on a draw, because he flatcalls you on the flop, so i would try and find out whether hes really on a draw on the turn. If he is actually on the same draw as you (2 hearts) you can easily buy the pot on the river.

My flushdraw might not be good if I hit it. That�s why I don�t like to make such move in the future.

yeh, but your bet was ment to buy the pot right here. So it doesn't matter whether you hit or not, it was a good try. I bet a monochrome board about 60-80percent of the time, just because it looks so scary. These bets only have to work 1/2 of the times, so i like these kinds of play.

i like it. I like your flop bet, because playing c/c makes it obvious, that you have a draw.
If the turn would be an A i like a second barrel, but with an 6 checking is better, because he would call most hands, that he called on the flop.

I bet the flop and bet the turn. You are right - there are situations where you run into a higher flush draw, but this is not the most likely case... It's like a set over set: it happens and if it happens I'm loosing my stack - but I still play the hand aggressively, as this is imo more profitable in the long run.
