His peeling range there is limited to hands he's raising the turn with and hands he has 10 outs with but I doubt he's turning KQ no diamond into a bluff so i think bet fold is fine and we're representing a very strong range so bluffing would make very little sense from his POV, so I like a bet on the turn.
If he calls again then I think river is probably a x/c depending on what comes trying to induce from a missed draw..
