Let's start by hearing your thinking process who are we playing against and who are u.
In the vacuum it won't be a mistake getting the money in with AA on the turn.

It's only a question of how, not a question of if.

Generally I'd 2nd barrel the Q because a) I want value and b) I want to barrel with air as well.
But f.e. if he's floating a lot a turncheckraise can be a nice play. You could even argue for c/c turn, c/c any river if you think he'll follow through with his bluffs, but this is usually only an option when you have some history with him.
