I don't mind shoving preflop if he is limping a lot.

Postflop I think getting it in is fine

we are quite risk averse here and I don't prefer shoving a hand like 83 that is dooing terrible against calling ranges and has no blockers at all.. Even against someone that is limping too much..

postflop I think shoving is the only thing to do here..
