i sent pictures of the back and front of mky idand it has the same adddress on the account i made.. so wahts the problem ahah

I'm afraid, we are unable to help you with this in the forum, only the support team can decide what is or isn't acceptable.
It's not clear from your post whether they have asked you to resend or you've failed the ID check.
If you need to resubmit, please contact the support team for guidance. They may also be able to provide more details if you've been failed too, but please bear in mind that their decision is final and cannot be reversed.

theve asked me to resend.. but it clearly shows my id with the addrress so idk i toook better pictures and sent them
