Interesting,

With villain stats I would totally call him. We are ahead on his range and he could totally be pushing with Ax Kx which we both have a better kicker then him.

I would call, judge might say otherwise ♦

I think even with a 100% pushing range you can call max with 99+

Yes, its 99+ vs 100%

AK does not do well enough against a wide range, and you are very risk averse here since BB only has 3bb, with 1/3 of his stack posted in the BB.

+1.. But I think i'm never ever ever ever calling wider than JJ+ unless I have a solid read he is on a wide range here.. then I call TT+

You have to have a soooooolid read that he's capable of shoving 27o and 23o here to call as loose as 99+.. I just don't see nines being a good call here often...
