I like the turn c/c. On the river I think I would call once more, all the straight draws are busted. MP3's betting range on the river seems to be quite polarized for me, I'm not sure if he would dare to bet all Jx's for value there. So he either has a strong Jx, trips or better, busted straight draw, or busted Ax which he stupidly turns into a bluff (standard fish line).

Hi!

Flop and turn are very fine but river is unclear. Against these weak passive players I really dont mind to c/c again since like taavi said they will be very polorised as they are too afraid of vbetting much here.
If you oponent was BB I would probably c/f here since a good player can valuebet sooo very thin here(+there is decent amount of slowplays involved) as you are having AK,AT most of the time. Another aspect is also that a good player will most of the time assume you are very SDbound in spots like this and therefore will not bluff often enough.
