I think checking turn may have higher EV. Hard to see him folding better hands - or calling with worse - if we bet again on this turn card .

But by checking we get some value from his random floats. If you check turn, I guess plan is to ch/call and then prolly ch/c river.

Once you bet turn and he calls again, I guess we are beat almost always unless you have some reason to think he would do this with AK.

River looks like ch/f to me. We really dont beat anything but a bluff now.

We have so few hands to go on, but he looks like a reg so I think we should be inclined to give him credit for a good hand here.

Generally speaking, I think when you check/call the turn, you are sending the message: "I am calling you down", so I think unless you have strong reads that villain likes to bluff T+R a lot, ch/f river should be fine.

Hard to generalise different turn cards. I would say there are more Ax/Kx hands in average floating range than Jx or Qx (though it depends on the player ofc). The more aggressive the opponent the more likely he is to bet such scare cards when you check to him on the turn (and therefore the more we need to be calling.

I usually make it a bit bigger preflop, my default is $11.

As played I like a bigger bet on the flop as well, like $15.
We don't want to give him too good odds for floating us and we'd check air with some frequency on this board, therefore we can as well bet bigger with our valuerange (no need to balance it with cheap bluffs).

On the turn I agree with Tim - a c/c is most likely better than a bet. The reason is, that he will bet his entire drawingrange himself whereas he might even fold those to a bet.
However, we will play suboptimal against some TP type hands because they're gonna check back so they get a free card, but they'd most likely not call a bet anyway.

I agree with this as well.
If he checks back the turn I try to bet small on the river to get a call from his medium strength hands.
Depending on the dynamics you can also argue for a big bet that might look more bluffy, but generally I think it's perceived as strong if you near-pot it here.
