Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.7 by www.pokerstrategy.cc.

Preflop: Hero is BU with 9♥, T♥
CO folds, Hero raises to $7.00, SB calls $6.00, BB folds.

Flop: ($16.00) 7♠, 3♥, 8♠ (2 players)
SB bets $8, Hero raises to $26.00, SB calls $18.00.

Turn: ($68.00) 5♣ (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

River: ($68.00) 3♦ (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $45, SB calls $45.00.

Villain has a reasonably high WTSD, but his stats indicated he folded 4 out of 4 riverbets before. I put him on A7, A8 or a flushdraw. Do I bluff here or not?

I think he would call your bet on the river unless he was on flush draw. Because he bet/call flop and you didn't bet out the turn. I wouldn't bluff here.

I wouldnt bluff here either , no high cards dropped on the last 2 streets as well, so if he called your flop bet with a mediocre hand he will likely call on the river as well. I would probably bet again on the turn which would perhaps make him think of folding since he is OOP and you might fire again on the river.

I don't see any hand you can really represent - I would call you down with any pair on the river...
