Without reads on the player I'd like to bet/fold the flop here.

We can get him to fold better hands (33,55, 4x, etc.) and get him to fold equity in the hand (overs for example).

since you can´t call down I´m fine b/f flop and then c/f turn and river
if you don´t c-bet I think you should fold to turn barrel. Most hands have you beat or have a lot of equity and also they might easily bluff you on the river
