Elephan Database wont back up

How long did you wait for the Elephant to create the backup?

The larger the database is the longer it takes him to create a backup.

You can also create backups using pgAdmin. This is a tool to administrate your postgreSQL databases.

I have like 40k of hands. when I try and Back up it freezes and I have to press Crt Alt Delete and close it with taks manager.

Please open up the logfile and see if it contains any information after you experienced another freeze during the backup.

I tried it again 2day and it took a couple of mins to freze.

So it took about 2-3 minutes to freeze, but how long can you let the elephant untouched untill it crashes // how long does it take the elephant to complete the backup?
