If you have many hands, write cold call on button, fold to cb turn and bet vs missed cb OOP, this can help us.
I think because this situation CO vs BU, he will have a wide range, and we can get value from all Qx and bluffcatchers Jx (if JQ JJ 44 raise flop) with 40% to fold CB, and 35% wtsd, I think this more then the really.

we lose only 4combs AQ and few Ahxh + Th9h but flush often raise flop or turn to get your stack.

I dont like ch/c river at this, becouse this bad spot for bluffing, and often he have hand with sd value.

Well he may have some QXh that he decides to call down with, and bets river to get value from my overpair?

but his range bets for value smaller range calls, no? (I mean of course range whos we beat)

If he is half decent, he is not calling with worse very often on the river if we bet. We are clearly valubetting so Jx folds 100% imo. If you think he can show up with overpairs here (low 3b%, maybe) we can definitely bet.

Since we lose to QJ and AQ and only beat QT I think its ok to check/c river. He may have some missed draws which he bluffs, e.g AhTx or w/e.

If he has a set he always raises river with his fh when we bet. So we only lose value if there are many showdown hands which call a bet but ch/behind if we check. I cant think of many here.

I'm actually thinking about c/folding the river.
I agree that we can't valuebet as KK, AA and Jx are just always going to fold.

But at the same time I don't see a bluffingrange he could have. He doesn't have too many A :heart:x in his range as usually he folds A8o and worse preflop. AK sometimes 3bets, AQ beats us and AJ doesn't bet.
So AT and A9 are really the only ones left - a total of 6 combos.

Furthermore he has a WTSD of 35 which means he's unlikely to either valuebet thinly or bluff a lot.

Sorry for the long delay with the hand evaluations, I'm on vacation right now and had a tough fight for internet. It seems to be working now, so hopefully there won't be any more delays.

agree, if not valuebet on river then check fold.

Villan had 89 in hearts.
Is this fine play for him? For balancing purposes? And if I get raised on flop, do I just try to get it in?

I think his play is fine because a raise on either flop or turn would look very strong, so he cannot expect to get too much value other than by bluffcatching.

If we get raised on the flop, we should definitely not get it in, calling is far superior because in case he has the flush or some other 2pair/set type hand we potcontrol/draw, and in case he's on a bluff we're inducing.
