what can we do?

either we fold pre or, if we call and hit tpgk we pay the guy off. On the turn, we could elect for a fold since we rep a decent hand when we call pre and call this flop (i.e. at least tp) so villains small bets look like sucker value bets a lot.

On the other hand, sometimes you will see QQ/JJ etc here so a calldown cant be that bad.

I very often see nuts in such spots.
I agree with fold pre until we not ready invest 50-60bb with TP to this spot.
And I think more EV we get with raise/minraise turn for thin value and free sd ♠_rolleyes:

IMO folding pre would be a mistake. With such good odds it's like such a bad idea. Turn could be the only reasonable street for folding.

you have 21% EV vs QQ+,AQs+,AKo and pot odds 17%, you doing small mistake if you folding, but postflop you dont understand how realize you 21%

Me too. One other option is to "smoke them out" pre with a min4b. If they just call its more likely to be a pp or speculative hand. If they 5b small we can just get away.

As default I believe 2 min3bets, if unknown fish made this, and give him strong range. But ofcourse if I saw light 3bets or big value of 3bet, I will call pre, and I ready invest big bets min 2 streets with TP

Hmm with a hand as strong as KQo I'd also call preflop.
Of course some people min3bet AA only, but some also do it with all kinds of hands.

Once we're on the flop I consider checkraising, but after all if he has a bluffingrange he will just fold most of the hands vs a c/r, so the c/c is fine imo (in the hope he continues bluffing).

On a blank turn I like to c/c as well, but on the heart I'd lead out because he's likely to check back quite some hands with a low heart, planning to give up - he has over 20% equity that we'd get him to fold by leading.
Also vs medium strength hands we can get some additional value (f.e. Kx, Tx, esp Tx with x :heart:).

If we check it completely depends on our assumptions whether we can to c/f, c/c-c/f or c/c-c/c.
Personally I'd c/c the turn and c/f the river because I think he can bet some medium strength hands for free SD & protection so we're doing ok vs his turnrange but bad vs his riverrange.
