if you are playing and not getting within pspoints in a week period, then answer would be NO YOU ARE NOT GETTING IT and probably you have created account without registration coud from pokerstrategy.
(but thats just my opinion)

From what I can tell, you haven't entered your PartyPoker account name during registration.
Please go back to the download guide and put in your account name at Step 4.
If you are running in any sort of trouble, please contact customer service. My colleagues are happy to help.
