i play with my friends , we have a rule , when we all in before river, we have to run it twice.

i am wondering does it be different to run it once in probability.

for example if i hold a straigt or flush draw vs opponent's top pair is it more profitable to run it twice than once?

or if i just had a few opps like chasing a set or something or i am dominated when run it once i just got more than 20%, if run it twice will it increse or decrese my winning rate?

can somebody explain it mathimatically? ty

I believe it changes nothing just irons out variance. Reduces the pain of bad beat.

the answer is: when you got KK on 9T9 and villain has A9, run it four times
