standard call flop/raise turn for max value and protection

The river is close, it depends on your opponent whether you can valuebet there. By default I think I would check behind there, as your opponent often has a draw which got in or something crappy he's not gonna call you with. But against SDbound guys it's possible to vbet against Tx.

On the river you can go both ways against unknown(b/f or check behind) but I kindda like a superthin valuebet against Tx/pockets since most players would raise Ax on SB and limp only with pretty weak hands(so there are many more Tx,pockets,even some Kx than Ax)
