he is not folding Ax hand to your river bet and I´m not even sure if you´d bet that river for value Ax. I would likely c/f, since board is too drawy that you can´t make him fold Ax, two pair or straight.
he would likely a lot of times c/f higher flushdraws, but a lot of times people would 3-bet with broadway suited cards or medium pp-s, so I think you don´t have that much fold equity.
