Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

Known players:
[tg]MP2$14.25:///////;MP3$99.45:///////;CO$65.60:///////;BU (Hero)$67.50:///////;SB$158.95:///////;BB$88.75:///////;UTG1$98.30:///////;UTG2$86.25:///////;MP1$63.55:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is BU with T:d, 9:h.
4 folds, MP3 raises to $1.50, CO folds, Hero raises to $4.50, 2 folds, MP3 calls $3.00.

Flop: ($9.75) 8:d, 7:h, 2:s (2 players)
MP3 checks, Hero bets $6.00, MP3 calls $6.00.

Turn: ($21.75) Q:s (2 players)
MP3 checks, Hero bets $14.00, MP3 calls $14.00.

River: ($49.75) Q:d (2 players)
MP3 checks, Hero bets $43.00(All-In), MP3 folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $49.75.

Only had a small sample on villain but he was 13/10 over 50 hands. This seems too spewy to me but I think he has to fold most of his range on the river. I wasn't sure during the hand but I usually go for the aggro option.

if you 3-bet T9o you have to play that way postlfop to make your play profitable
I think you have fold equity against JJ and lower one pair hands and 13710 would likely not call you down unless he has there slowplay set, so I like your river shove
