Hey,

Are you familiar with Equilab?
http://www.pokerstrategy.com/software/10/

It can simulate how much equity you have here with estimations of their reraise range!

Because this scenario is pretty simple: you just look what your pot odds are and then combine it with the equity you have versus their range.
So you can determine whether to call or not.

I leave it up to you to do the excercise so I can check it for you to see if you are doing it right =)
