Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

Known players:
[tg]UTG1$18.00:///////;UTG2$35.95:///////;MP1$40.35:///////;MP2$80.40:///////;MP3$52.05:///////;CO$84.25:///////;BU$74.00:///////;SB$154.95:///////;BB (Hero)$52.45:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is BB with 5:d, A:d.
7 folds, SB raises to $1.25, Hero calls $0.75.

Flop: ($2.5) T:c, A:c, T:d (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($2.5) 9:s (2 players)
SB bets $2.00, Hero calls $2.00.

River: ($6.5) T:s (2 players)
SB bets $10.00, Hero ???.

Villain was 24/13 af 7 over 100 hands. When he checks the flop I think he usually has air (at most two outs) or a monster. Is folding river too weak? I don't think he takes this line with an A or worse often.

He has a really polarized range here, I'm always calling this overbet on the river;

I don't think it is polarised at all. His range is made up of Ax and Tx. Maybe the rare OB bluff but I mean rare.

Well if you think he never bluffs here I think this is a fold.
You kinda underrepresent your hand by checking behind on the flop so maybe he's trying to overbet you off your percieved weak hand.

Easy call on the river
You can´t fold second nuts, when he can also overbet that spot with Ax hands and sometimes bluffs
