Well played. If villain is calling small bet he probably will call allin as well. Now villain probably had draw or 78 style hand.

If villain is aggressive you can check/call, so he bluffs his missed draws (good part of his range). If not, then just bet.

Perfect! Villain often has a made hand on this river, and we don't expect him to bluff with those made hands. However because villain is most likely retarded, shoving the river is good because he just thinks "herp derp i have 2 pair" and will often call with it. In fact this hand is a great example of how our play differs vs unknowns: against good opponents this river is a clear check/fold.
