So I think that in this situation I have to call because my call was well-founded. If UTG had got AA or KK, it would be unlucky situation but when UTG held lower pairs than KK my equity to win this hand would be 44%. After my RR preflop, UTG pushed all chips to pot so I had to add 1.30$ to fight for 4.2$. It was 30%. So it was easy call.

that is very good attitude towards right direction.Psychological skills is still underrated in poker world ,but those skills separate mediocre players from good one.I'm in such war myself,it's the war ,not the battle.I can suggest to read Poker mindset ( first half of it).
Imho is no need to post only negative hands,you have to do right conclusions from them and improve your game.Better write how do you cope with yourself and those emotions.

I've read this book. I think it's the most important poker book I've ever read. I learned new attitude to poker and my emotions so I can recommend this. I've also read another mindset book 'Treat you poker like a business'. Very good one too.

One of the reason why I started this blog is that I wanna prove me that I can be able not to tilting and I can control my emotions and it's no matter on which NL I play. I have a close friend who all the time is on the tilt. When he was playing on NL10, he was tilting. Now he plays on NL50 and NL100 and also has got very tough time. A lot of people complain and are angry, pissed off when got bad beats and coolers. It's poker. If you don't manage you emotions, don't play. This game should be great fun not curse. So I wonder what will happen with my emotions when I'll be on NL50 and I'll got bad beat. We will see soon. I'm sure that it will be in near future.

First reaction in this hand was frustration because I thought that I made a big mistake when I shoved all my chips to the pot. But from mathematical point of way it was good move because...
If I only called... the pot would be 4.85$ and MP would reraise to 9.60$(all in) so (4.85+1.60+8+8)\8= 35%
The chance to win this hand is 40% so it is profitable call

I shouldn't have bet on the river. I could save 1.67$.

#3 AKo vs QQ -1,59$

Here I should have only called preflop and see the flop because when I 3bet my opponent I've got called only by better hand. I could save 1.4$.

#4 AJo vs J8s -1.82$

His overbet was sign that I should have folded. I think I was frustrated because I had bad beat with pockets 7. I could save 1.62$.

I made 3 mistakes which cost me 4.69$. I have to avoid mistakes like this.

I couldn't sleep at night and about 4 am I started playing. I made one big mistake at the beginning of my session. Now I don't know why I did this. I had also one bad beat and set vs straight. Check it out!

I just focus on my decision although losing will result some tilts from time to time, just keep the minimum. 60% ai preflop vs maniac I'd do that all day long

Perhaps split your blog into 50% bad beats and 50% possible bad plays

if you check my thread, than you'll see that I had (and sometimes still have) a problem with controlling my reactions/emotions after bad beats. My AA hands are cracked almost always, yesterday lost some KK vs TT, and today QQ vs 77 and so on...the good thing is I already lost my bankroll while on tilt,so now I'm playing only satellites and freerolls and when a bad beat happens there are no $$$ left to spend while on tilt ♦
seems like this posting thing is a good way for you and like you are controling way better than you did when you started,am I right? I just started to read the book(poker mindset) and hope it will help me..

yeap u have absolutely right that i can control my emotions better than when i started. i read two books about poker mindset which help me very much. i can recommend reading books about this because there are very useful.
