Hello. First of all, I 'd like to apologize for any language mistakes which I'll make here. I'm from Poland and my english isn't good enough to write without mistakes. So sorry for that and please correct my mistakes which helps me to improve my language. So... I'm Bart, as I mentioned higher I'm from Poland. I'm 26. I've been playing teksas holdem for real money since feb 2010. Before I'd been playing for virual money for 1 year maybe a little more . After I'd made from 1000 chips 35000000 chips I decided to play for real money. In fab my friend sent me 34$ to my acount and I started playing. By then I've had two very big tilts. First time when I was on tilt I didn't know about that tilt exists. In this time I made a lot of mistakes with my bankroll management. I earned 230$ and after tilt I felt down to 22$ because I wanted to get even in NL100. This tilt could finished my bankroll. Fortunately I recovered and I was in game. First tilt was conected with losing money. Second was worse. I had very long downswing and after when I lost few cents I started throwing my chips and I crashed clock. I was in fury and my emotions were destroyed. I was ready to stop playing teksas holdem forever. I had 2 months break. Now teksas holdem for me is like a war with myself. The biggest enemy in this war is me and my emotions. I practise my skills in this topic, emotions. After I had second tilt I promised myself that I won't never be in this condition. After a lunch I feel better. I made two horrible mistakes and I felt bad. I`m a little bored and frustrated because I havn`t made any progress with my bankroll. The KJ hand is very badly played.. it's such an incredibly dry flop that there is absolutely no reason to reraise there. Bluffs and pocket pairs >JJ will fold to reraise and those are the hands you want to keep in. Only hands that call or reraise you here are going to be Jx or hands that beat you. If there were alot of draws then you have a reason to reraise. But this is terrible spot to do so in.

I wrote a pretty long post about downswings and tilting in my blog. Might be worth reading for you.

Thanks for link to your blog... I've read this and what I can say. I think I don't have problem with tilting. As u can see in my blog that I don't tilt much. I established this blog 2 weeks ago so I've got a lot of bad beats and coolers. I didn't make a lot of mistakes. Today I don't know what happened that I made mistake like this. Ok it's good because I can see that I have to work in my patient.

I had horrible session. I don't remember when I had session like this. Coolers, bad cards, bad beats, mistakes, everything but not winning money. I played 6 tables and in every table I lost money. No profit at all. Good thing is that I didn't tilt and I was playing my poker.
