Well you can't really pay any attention to stats after 7 hands so the his pretty much unknown. Its probably a fold since there is no draws on the flop so his calling range is Kx and sometimes lower PP but many people just fold underpair to a K in 3-bet pots.

And even if he did call you with 22-JJ then 22-66 still has you beat and you have no idea if he turns 77-JJ into a bluff.

What Matej said. It's most likely a fold without any reads since it's hard to assume he'll turn pairs into a bluff or valuebet thin an A high.

Unless they have there very weak king players would generally bet turn fro value, so I think he doesn´t bet river too often with kx, which means you should c/c river
If you don´t want to c/c you can also b/f 5$ yourself and hope he calls you down his middle pp
