I like the c-bet on the flop for pure fold-equity

As played i'd check behind on the turn. At this point you're actualy behind against Ax hands so you don't want those to call.. it's not a real valuebet. Also it sucks when you get check/raised and I'm pretty sure you have to fold.

If you had there QhJh then it would a lot more sense going to 3-barrel bluff, but here you have some showdown value with 9x, if BB c/c this flop then very often he has there Ax and would c/c again, so you have to 3 barrel to maybe get him fold better hand and you basically have to b/c turn with your equity, since you´re ip and you very often have 11-14 outs to improve+ he might also be bluffing with air and you win at your 9x at the river.
