I think we can rule out AA, also 88 and 44 are quite unlikely.
Doubt if he is ever going to min-raise smt like 89s utg at 9 handed- more likely it should be some kind of pp.
He may sometimes have flush, but more likely I think he would c/r turn with his flush, so we should be ahead most of the times+ he might easily c/c his TT 20$ valuebet. So I like going for half potsize bet for value
