I am sure he's betting all fh, KK+, AQ & flush & like 80% of air here (including small pps). Can I really call river ?

meh, i think there are just too many value hands in his range so i opt for a fold on the river. Maybe if the river blanked out u could hero call.

From my experience, everytime theres is a great spot for 3 barel which leads me to calldown, they show up with a hand..

People simply dont 3 barel that often in my opinion.

So im not sure about your assumption that he is bareling 80% of his air here..
These assumptions are of course always hard :/

Either call turn & river or fold turn.

I fold on the turn.

My reason is, that our call on the flop looks like we have a PP almost 100% of the time.
He will not expect us to fold on the turn, so most people will not bluff - but if they do, they're betting twice to get us to fold.
