Raise IP, and flop strong draw. Initially, I was going to raise the flop, maybe $7, but then decided to call. I don't know if this is right. I have 9 flush outs, 3 gutshot outs and six overcard outs. Even if I discount by 4, that is still huge. Maybe with this strength, even a minraise could be effective. Just joking.
Having made the straight on the turn, with a FD still there, I should reraise UTG $24. I got distracted, and missed that SB was still coming behind me, so just raised enough to force UTG allin. Then SB pushes, and of course, I still have the nuts, and I don't think he has the odds whatever his draw is.
I think this play is too passive. What thoughts?

Against the minraise and call, I am happy to pay 1BB to play for a draw. I get the draw. This one is better, nut flush, 2 clean outs for trips, and maybe some outs for the 2 pair. Being OOP, I think that here I should c/r the flop, which would mean a $7 raise. I can take the pot down right off, directly shove the turn if called, and easily push if raised.
As played, I get the odds to call the turn bets, but again this is just so passive. Now I should c/r, or have I missed that chance?
I don't want anyone checking behind the river, so make a small bet, which gets raised. Can't fold, can I, even against this passive guy?
