Villain-unknown.I have no idea what he is trying to represent with his c/minraise on flop but I dont want to get it in here.After he checks turn I think that he shows weakness and is probably on a draw so I bet for value with the intention of even placing a thin value bet on the river if he checks there again.River call is standard I guess.Suggestions of a better line?

likely you don´t want to get all-in on the flop, so I would played the same way
Not sure why he is betting river, but he can always have there smt like AT, so you can´t really fold
