Since FR players are nits and would not really shove that spot almost never with bluffs or turn made hands like AJ into bluffs then b/f river should be better option
But also since it is hard him to call down with worse hands 3 streets then I think c/c river should also be fine option. At least then you can make note what hands he is going to call with 2 streets
