So i got my 50$ capital i worked it up to 125$ and today a friend told me that he wanted to play against me... so we started playing cash just him and me... i sit down with 25$ he sits down with 25$ we play for a while then i got KK... I Raise, he re raises i call...

2. Haven't you read "Ace on the River" - on the flop is an obvious easy fold with 4 of a kind kings, he has aces and the A hits the river every time... math.

He means they made a side bet on the outcome - no you can't reload whilst a hand is in play.
