Hello,

Recently I read the FTP bonus page of PS.com and i stumble upon this para

"Important: You have to deposit within 180 days of creating your account on Full Tilt Poker. Otherwise, your account will not be tracked to PokerStrategy.com and you won't be able to collect StrategyPoints nor benefit from the 27% rakeback deal!"

I wonder am i too late?

I am not very sure when I created the A/c

Thanks in advance

Hi there HellishDevil,

First of all, welcome to the Community! =)

Your PokerStrategy.com account was created on the 31st of July, 2010, but your Full Tilt account details were added only on the 1st of March, 2011.

Please send a ticket to our customer support and they will be able to give you more information.

Ingrid

Hi,

I am Hellishdevil's IAF'er'.

So She just deposit any amount within 6 months counting from first of march. there shouldnt be a problem right? She will still be entitled with 27% RB and the bonus and Linked to PS.com?

Hi Evante,

Sorry I have no idea what an IAF'er is, but guessing she is your friend, girlfriend or a relative.

As per Ingrid, I would recommend that she contacts the support team first as it will depend on the date the Full Tilt account was set up and not the date when details were entered on PokerStrategy. These may have taken place on different dates of course.

The support team and indeed Full Tilt's own support team will do everything possible to ensure that she remains tracked and receives every benefit of membership going :)

Good luck & best regards,

Bart

Oh ok understand,
