How many hands? What about his 3bet? Although I guess shouldn't be that wrong when he really was 3betting as well a lot. But if he wasn't then I might even sometimes consider rather folding.

Only over a small sample size, like 20 hands or so. His 3bet % was 67% though.

In which case bad move really?

Also, is that raise there counted as a 3bet on HEM? Since I thought 3bet was a re-raise after a bet and a raise? Not just a raise after a bet.

Preflop it's this way - 1st is not a bet but it's a raise, therefore 2nd action is a 3bet and which you said was 67%. And which is just huge, although we don't have that big sample but I guess should be enough to consider going broke while he really seems to be 3betting a lot of hands.

Consider as well his 3bet sizes, sometimes they tend to do smaller with weak hand and bigger with strong hand.
