[tg]SB$10.519:///////;Hero$9.481:///////;[/tg]
No-Limit Tournament($11), Blinds 400/800 (2 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.9 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BB with K♠, J♦
SB calls 400, Hero raises 9.481 (All-In)?.

Is this standard? I don't have any reads that tells me he does this with monsters or something like that.
Flop: (0.00 SB) 7♦, 5♣, 4♠
Turn: (0.00 BB) Q♠
River: (0.00 BB) 3♦

Final Pot: 0.00 BB

I would definatly push when i had around 6k chips left er a little less. but with 9K i just raise here, if he reraises easy fold, if he call fire another barrel on the flop.

greetz,

jeroen

your M is to low to raise. NH.

with no antes we have an M of just over 10, i can make a standard stealraise here followed by a continuation bet on a dry flop (like that one). i would personally make this play with strictly 8000 or less in chips.

as played with no reads it's OK as well though.

"M"?

And thx for the answers, I've more or less never played SnG's, just a couple for fun, but thats all :).

M = "your stack" : "pot before any action commenced".

Oh ok, thank you for enlightening me helemaalnicks :).

I am however a bit split considering which was the right thing to do here since theres "x is good" and "y would've been better" :O

Ok you are to deep to shove, but your hand is good, so my standard Play would be to raise.

I don't know why, but I some how read an hypothetical question, what if I had more than the 12 BB, and he completes, I really don't know which one of the above posts I have misread.

Ok so as the hand actually was, should I still have only made a more normal raise Unam?

no with 12 BB it is as the others said a pretty easy shove.

you may have misread the OP. when the SB calls, it is for 400, but that is because he has already posted half the bigblind... (as is usually the case with smallblinds :P)
