i probally bet the turn myself and either bet/fold or bet/call (i am not sure which is better).

mostly we put him on 88 99 TT and AJs AQ KJs KQ

I'd bet turn and check fold river

I can't find a hand that we can beat

there'r 88 99 AJ in his range,I prefer not to check raise turn as we can't make these hands fold

Against this range we have decent equity on the turn:

So b/f is an option.

However, if we assume he's (re)raising QQ+ either preflop or on the flop, then check/shoving is definitely worth a consideration. He can b/f AK and AQ, and even vs a somewhat strong range we have quite a lot of equity:
