made the $50 in rake
now i NEED to deposit $20 to cash out
OR the $50 rake is enough?
or do i need to do both?

You have to make a deposit in order to link your bank account with the site, aswell as the rake generation. However once you make the deposit you can immediately withdraw the lot

can i make any sort of transfer before making the $50 rake or deposit. i have around $75, can i transfer the extra $50?

unfortunately that is not possible as william hill has some requirements before player to player transfers can be made - which includes a deposit and certain amount of rake.
