i play on william hill
lost all the starting capital i got from ps.com
but through freerolls i rebuilt it up
does that mean the money i have is mine or do i still need to make a deposit?

According to the Poker Rooms "Tips on getting started" page for William Hill, you have to generate $50 in rake or deposit $100 within 150 days of receiving the starting capital. Whether you've lost the money and rebuilt through freerolls or just maintained it makes no difference.
