No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (9 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

MP3 ($126.75)
Hero (CO) ($145.85)
Button ($132.05)
SB ($104)
BB ($69.30)
UTG ($129.85)
UTG+1 ($182.40)
MP1 ($110.50)
MP2 ($58.95)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A, 6
UTG calls $1, 4 folds, Hero bets $4.50, 3 folds, UTG calls $3.50

Flop: ($10.50) 2, 3, J (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $6.50, UTG calls $6.50

Turn: ($23.50) Q (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $15.50, UTG calls $15.50

River: ($54.50) 5 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $31.50, 1 fold

Total pot: $54.50

Villian is 19/9 4.0 af 100 hands, any thoughts, can't decide if the brl will be total spew of if this type will be folding enough to make the river brl + ev.

Edit@ maybe A6s is too weak to iso pre, I'm guessing it's at best marginal?

Pre is marginal but generally those Axs play well IP so unless the BU makes your life hell I like it (here you're even 130BB deep).

As played once we cbet I think a 2nd barrel on this card is mandatory given how many PPs there are in his range.
On the river I'd also go for the third barrel because the best hand he can show up with is Jx unless he c/c AQ or KQ on the flop which is somewhat unlikely for him to have after limp-calling).
So unless he calls down with 2nd pair the third barrel should definitely be +EV.
