I am playing regular sngs on Party and have noticed one thing about the blinds structure. There is a gap between 100/200 and 200/400 blinds. On mansion, as far as I know there is 150/300 level in between. So if you have 8-10BB stack, soon you will be forced to push with what the god sends or blinded out.
I guess this means that wider pushing range during 100/200 level has higher $EV?
uhmmz, no, not necessarily. I'd say the same "gap" is on stars, but it's covered by an ante. Like this:

I agree, it's a bit weird, i mean, why 200 twice, then suddenly 400??
But i don't think it really makes the ev$ decisions on 100/200 any different (correct me if im wrong).
I would even think that, IF it matters, you should play tighter on 200, since this might change your table image, and give you more FE on the higher blinds. That's too much thinking for me though. I'd say it isn't any different.
But what is important on higher limits imo, is that at some point, you have to make -ev$ plays, in order to anticipate on having to make an even worse -ev$ move later. If the blinds are 200/400, and you have 1300 UTG, you have to push wider imo, otherwise you loose first in vigorish, and are pretty much commited to the next pot, so you have a flip without FE instead of sometin a bit worse then a flip WITH FE.
