you should bet on the river too. If you check, only better hands will bet and weaker hands will check behind. But if you bet, there are some weaker hands that will call your bet.

The river is interesting. I don't see anyone bluffraising in this spot, so I like to bet/fold to gain thin value from Ax and maybe 9x vs calling stations. C/f is the second option but I don't like it that much because you still have a valuebet against Ax even if the villain is a TAG. But it's definitely check/foldable, for example if the villain is a TAG and he called the turn really quickly.

Yes. Your opponent could still call with some weaker Ax without the flush. lets say you just have a small ace and almost no worse Ax is calling and better Ax without the flush could checkbehind but would call a bet, then c/f is better but with 2pair you'll get called by enough weaker aces and you can't be sure whether he does have the flush now or not. people just play too randomly on the lowstakes but with a good read on reasonable c/f is viable too but basically b/f River.
