Do you mean if sb folds? Cause if you think about overcalling then it's an easy fold.
I wouldn't even call here if sb folds cause co should be tight and you're way behind with QTo. And getting into folding war is slightly more beneficial for you. Also if you manage to time out a bit so that sb gets 800 blinds first then he will blind out sooner.
I would just fold and hope SB busts. If SB wins showdown you still have some fold equity in future hands.
