Depends on how capable people are of making moves.
Generally folding is perferctly fine because both of them rep very strong ranges.
You can also argue that UTGs snapcall probably means something like AK/AQ/JJ and BU might try get him off of those, but then again if a reg suspects another reg has such a strong range, most people just (rightfully) fold.

So nh imo.
