Comparing the articles about SAGE and nash ranges for HU I see that they are very different. For example, the suggested NPR for ES5 includes such hands as 53s and 64s, whose power index, according to SAGE, is significantly smaller than 24 (15 and 20, respectively).
As far as I know, nash ranges is the preffered choice over SAGE, but should the difference really be so big?
Use nash against regs (like me ;)) and SAGE is meh... I used to use it but it was just waste of time to count numbers...

The SAGE system is supposed to be an approximation to the Nash equilibrium usable in live play. SAGE is not perfectly accurate. When you play online, you should simply have a Nash HU chart visible.
