Hi there sorry to bother you. I finished the quiz 15 hours ago and I wonder if my free mansion poker money is being processed yet? Does it always take 48 hours or sometimes its quicker?

39 hours since completing quiz still havent got it 
and yes i sent drivers licence id just before completing quiz i still eagerly await

Patience is the key. As stated in our thread, the processing time can be longer if an identification check is involved. Regardlessly we always do our best to process individual members as quickly as possible. I just checked up on your status personally and assure you that everything should be sorted soon.
