Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy.com Elephant 0.102 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is SB with A♦, 6♦
CO folds, BU raises, Hero 3-bets, BB folds, BU caps, Hero calls.

Flop: (9,00 SB) T♦, 7♠, 2♦ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (5,50 BB) 2♣ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets, Hero calls.

River: (7,50 BB) 9♣ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 9,50 BB

Villain was tilting: overplaying weak made hands on flop, doing desperate bluffs.

I decided I have SD value with my flushdraw so I choose the cheapest way to showdown.

check/call twice is fine but do you think he is bluffing on the River. he's got a normal PFR and less low than too high and i dont think that he does bet with KQ that often or KJs. Do you think he could have this hands in his Range. Do you think he could barrel with AQ or AK? He looks really taggy and with A6 you should rather fold. Its almost the button of your range. You can't calldown with any Ax. Have you seen deceptive Hands like QJ to be in his range?
