Im sorry for the HH, dont know how to convert this.
Both UTG and 3bettor are solid regs.
Is this a fold pre since the 3bet range would pbb be QQ+ or maybe even KK+? Its a Double or nothing SNG so first second and third get 100$.
If we do call preflop, what flops do we get it in on?

his 3bet is enormous. its more likely value than a bluff. its going to be tough to play it oop. i think with AA he would 3bet smaller. so its possible he has a hand like TT-JJ or AK-AQ. im tempted to call, c/c undercard flops and re-eval the turn.
