Not necessarily, but in general yes. I def r/f this vs many opponenets who just can't use their bigger stack on the bubble and their resteal is = their allin call range.

But in most cases you are better off pushing in ths situation, especially that these players (those who don't resteal light in this situation) are likely flatting us pre IP, which sucks.

You can consider limp/stabbing vs certain opponenets.

But all this said, as a default this is a push.

I think it depends on villain and previous hands.

Both pushing and raising sounds fine.
the only think I woudlnt do is fold/limp

Okay so I've misread the hand. Pushing this hand will be +EV, but limp/stabbing is a much better option vs some villains.

this is the set-up where i think shoving is always going to be the best play. the reason why i dont like limp/stab or small raise here is because of chip leverage and your chip position.

the BB can easily call pre or call a stab on teh flop wide because he has chips to spare. if the BB had a similar stack size to you, then limp/stab can be a great option vs a lot of opponents. but when you are clearly the shortest and ITM i would just shove these types of hands to get max FE and guarantee a some $EV.
