river decision : profitable shove ? i want to fold his straight/low flushes

Villain is never folding if he improves to a straight or flush on this board. I would just give up pretty much always on this river since opponent is on a draw and every draw just hit the river.

SB is betting an amount where you might pay him off, but also giving you enough behind to think you can bluff raise him (which you never can in this spot). You incorrectly beleived his small bet meant weakness, when in fact it meant valuetown and he wanted to give you the option of the bluff shove which you took.

It's a super easy call for villain $280 to win a $1000 pot and i'm pretty sure every competent PLO player would make the same call. I like how villain played each street, and you yourself only misplayed the river.

btw villain tanked forever facing river shove, almost timed out and then called. but i agree i should probably just muck it on river
