villain was kinda tight stats but imo he opened couple of times from MP/LP before so i decide to 3bet him,

-we had some history with this villain
first hand he played when he got on table he min open on btn (at 25/50bb) i 3bet him from sb with 77 he insta 4bet (he had 2/3 starting stack i had almost 2x stack) i tank shove he call with KK

- so given history is 3bet ok?
- postflop imo is standard ?
- his range should be like 77-JJ most of the time right (maybe some %QQ+), thoughts?

i gotta say i dislike the preflop despite your reads. why not flat and play a pot in position? and polarise your 3bet range? anyway postflop is real standard you can't take any other line ever

I 3bet to discourage SB/BB to sqz/shove super light and if he want to shove then action gets to OR and if he calls i can make an easy fold

I agree with chenny. 3betting is just a "waste" imo - it's a level to assume you'll get squeezed THAT much.

Postflop super standard.

if you're that afraid of squeezes from SB or BB then you can get it in after they squeeze and the OR folds.

thats true , but i was running bad and was not quite happy to set up/induce sqz from villains behind me and call off with mine hand
