I went to this coaching session:

I was 20 min late.

When I got there, the join me link:

Returned an "Invalid code" message.

Only 5 people in the coaching.

I think we found the problem, when I joined the coaching.

Something with the clock, you were not 20mins late, but 10mins early.

And the join.me link was from an other coaching.
